By submitting an enquiry or booking a transport service, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.
2. Enquiries and reservations
An enquiry may be submitted through the website, by phone, email or other communication channels offered by the provider. An enquiry does not itself constitute a confirmed reservation.
A reservation is confirmed only when the provider confirms the time, route, vehicle and agreed price. Transport is available by prior reservation and subject to vehicle availability.
3. Prices
Fixed prices for particular vehicles and routes may be published on the website. For routes or services not listed in the price list, the price is agreed before the reservation is confirmed.
Any additional costs, such as special road tolls, parking fees or other services, will be communicated to the customer before confirmation where they are known in advance. Once confirmed, the agreed price will not be changed without prior agreement with the customer.
4. Payment
Payment is possible using the methods offered by the provider when the service is booked or performed. The customer receives an appropriate invoice. For certain reservations, the provider may require advance or partial payment and will inform the customer before confirmation.
5. Changes and cancellation
Please notify us of any change or cancellation as soon as possible. Cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time is free of charge. If cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the provider may charge up to 50% of the agreed price.
If a customer does not cancel and does not appear at the agreed time, the provider may charge up to 100% of the agreed price. In justified or extraordinary circumstances, the provider may reduce or waive the charge.
6. Flight delays
For airport transfers, the customer must provide correct flight details. If the arrival is rescheduled or delayed, the delay itself is not considered a cancellation. Subject to availability, the provider will adjust the pick-up time to the actual arrival. In the event of major changes or a cancelled flight, the provider and customer will agree on how to proceed.
7. Pick-up and waiting
The customer must provide the correct pick-up location and be reachable at the agreed time. If the customer is late, the provider may, after a reasonable wait and an attempt to make contact, treat the transport as a no-show. Longer waiting or additional stops may be charged by prior agreement.
8. Luggage
The customer must notify the provider in advance about a larger quantity of luggage or special items requiring additional space. The provider may refuse items that cannot be transported safely due to their size, quantity, safety or legal restrictions.
9. Children’s transport
Children’s transport is provided only by prior agreement with a parent, guardian or authorised person. The child’s age and other information relevant to safe transport must be provided. The use of a child seat or restraint system and the method of pick-up and handover are agreed before the service is provided.
10. Assistance for seniors
The service may include transport, accompaniment, waiting and help with everyday errands within the scope agreed in advance. It does not constitute medical, nursing or other professional care. The scope, time and price are agreed before confirmation.
11. Force majeure and circumstances beyond the provider’s control
The provider endeavours to provide services on time but is not responsible for delays or inability to provide a service due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as extraordinary traffic conditions, accidents, road closures, extreme weather or other unforeseeable events. Where possible, the provider will notify the customer as soon as possible and try to find a solution.
12. Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of information about the time, pick-up location, destination, contacts, number of passengers and special requirements, and must follow the driver’s instructions related to transport safety.
13. Use of the website
The content is intended to present services and allow enquiries. The provider endeavours to keep information correct and current and reserves the right to change content, offers and prices for future reservations. Changes do not affect an already confirmed reservation unless agreed otherwise.
14. Personal data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy, which is also available when submitting an online enquiry.
15. Copyright
Texts, graphic elements, the logo, photographs and other content are protected by intellectual property laws. Use or reproduction without prior permission is not permitted except where the law provides otherwise.
16. Complaints and dispute resolution
Comments or complaints may be sent to info@doprevoza.si. The provider will endeavour to resolve misunderstandings amicably. Matters not governed by these terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
17. Changes to the terms
The provider reserves the right to change these terms. For an individual reservation, the terms applicable at the time of confirmation apply unless the customer and provider agree otherwise.
