2. Personal data we process
Depending on the method of communication and the requested service, we may process your name and surname, telephone number, email address, route and pick-up or destination details, transport date and time, number of passengers, selected service or vehicle, flight details for airport transfers, information voluntarily provided in a message or communication, and information required for invoicing and legal obligations.
For children’s transport, we may also process information provided by a parent or guardian that is necessary for safe and agreed transport, such as the child’s name, age and pick-up or handover details. Please do not send us information that is not necessary for providing the service.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We process personal data to respond to enquiries, prepare offers, arrange and confirm reservations, organise and provide transport, and communicate with customers. The legal basis is taking steps at the individual’s request before entering into a contract or performing a contract.

If you communicate with us by phone or email, we process the information you provide to respond, make arrangements and provide the service. When communicating through WhatsApp or Viber, data is also processed within the relevant provider’s services and under its terms. Use of these channels is voluntary.

We disclose personal data only when necessary to provide the service or comply with legal obligations. Access may be granted to contracted hosting and technical maintenance providers, communication, accounting or IT service providers, and competent authorities where required by law. We require processors to provide appropriate data protection.
